Fashion has spread in all the spheres of our life. Fashion designing its a lucrative profession. Fashion parades and shows are held to exhibit the latest dresses. Dresses are designed to fit in every occasion of life. Students generally try to copy fashions from films. Many students spend a lot of money and time on fashion. They take to drinking and smoking in the name of fashion. They fail to realize that these adversely affect their health. .



These days, the styles of the woman created a new frontier in her fashion. As today women wear miniskirts, panty hose, short and long hair, makeup, and dyed hair.

This year, London Fashion Week has shown how designs and fashions can re-emerge many years after they were in fashion.

Shoulder pads are one example of a fashion item that was very fashionable in the 1980's and has now been brought back onto the catwalks of the London Fashion Week after many years of being out of fashion.

According to fashion historian James Laver, fashion goes through cycles.

In 1937 he wrote Laver's Law, a theory of how the fashion cycle works.

He said that 50 years have to pass before something that was out of fashion can come back into fashion.

But many things have changed in the fashion industry since Laver's Law was written and it seems that old fashions are coming back into fashion much quicker.

Another major change that has happened this year at the London fashion Week has been the use of larger female models by a major designer.

Usually designers use very thin women to model their clothes, but this time, designer Mark Faust used larger women in a controversial show for his new designs.

Fashion always changes and maybe next year, the London Fashion Week will have more surprises in store for us.
